The many cultural events in Mainz not only attract German tourists. Museums, plays, carnival parades and wine festivals are particularly attractive to international guests. Because of the tourists from all over the world, Mainz has a multicultural atmosphere, and the positive and open nature of the people of Mainz means that everyone quickly feels at home here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the cultural and economic center of the region, Mainz also has a broad public transport system that connects the entire city and its suburbs. Frankfurt International Airport is just a short train ride away (approx. 20 minutes). Trains run from Mainz main station to all parts of Germany – so you can reach neighboring cities as well as distant places quickly and comfortably. It is therefore very easy to discover the Rhine-Main region and the whole of Germany from Mainz. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
